How do I make a Webinar Request?

At K-12 Online, our goal is to make sure that your needs are taken care of. We host year-round webinars to ensure you are up-to-date with today's available features and that you are given the proper tools to continue hosting your own registration system.

 

In the past, the topics within each webinar were shared with you according to what we believed was beneficial to your school(s). For future webinars, we hope to hear from you in order to give you applicable information to your school(s) at specific times of the year.


To make a webinar request, follow the instructions below:


1. On the Help Desk homepage, click on "Read More" under Community Forums

2. Click on "Webinar Requests"

3. Click on "START A NEW TOPIC"


In your Webinar Request, please share the following:

  • Topics you would like to see in a future webinar
  • Which month(s) would be best for the requested webinar(s)
  • What time of the day works best for you
