Returning Students ONLY

  1. On the parent portal, click on the first menu tab, usually listed as "Back-to-School Registration" or "Returning Students" 

  2. Click on the hyperlink "Forgot your Access Key" under the login area.
  3. Enter your student's ID number, and please check whatever parent emails you have on file. Your student's login information will be sent to that email.
  4. If you are unsure what email you have on file, please contact your school administrator. Please have be prepared to confirm the following: School name, Student name, Student Number, DOB, and your relation to the student.
  5. You can also create and open a ticket for K-12 Online Support. In your ticket please include: SCHOOL NAME, STUDENT NAME, STUDENT DOB, AND STUDENT GRADE. Please use your contact (parent) email that is associated with your school registration.
