Returning Students ONLY
On the parent portal, click on the first menu tab, usually listed as "Back-to-School Registration" or "Returning Students"
- Click on the hyperlink "Forgot your Access Key" under the login area.
- Enter your student's ID number, and please check whatever parent emails you have on file. Your student's login information will be sent to that email.
- If you are unsure what email you have on file, please contact your school administrator. Please have be prepared to confirm the following: School name, Student name, Student Number, DOB, and your relation to the student.
- You can also create and open a ticket for K-12 Online Support. In your ticket please include: SCHOOL NAME, STUDENT NAME, STUDENT DOB, AND STUDENT GRADE. Please use your contact (parent) email that is associated with your school registration.
