This feature allows you to create forms with custom field mapping. This will allow you to PUSH your selected custom fields from K-12 Online to Chalkable

Custom Fields in Chalkable
The custom fields will show in the 'Custom' tab when the student is selected
Navigation: Student > Setup > Custom Fields > Refresh > Add
- For the Custom Field Name, it will need to be associate with the form in K-12 Online.
- The Data Type will be the type of information that is captured
**Please note: When using radio buttons, use data type LIST. The field value in K-12 Online must be the same WITHOUT COMMAS.** Example ($100,000 would be $100000)
Create a Form with SIS Custom Field Integration
Navigation: DCP/SCP > Forms > Form Manager
- When creating or editing a form, you will want to check off the box that says "SIS Sync"
Field Mapping for SIS Custom field Integration
To map your extended fields in K-12 Online, the custom fields in Chalkable's Custom Student Screen Fields will need to correspond with the fields in the form in K-12 Online.
Navigation: DCP/SCP > Forms > Form Manager
- Click on "Options > Field Mapping"
- Click on the top right button, 'View SIS User Fields'. This will open a new window that shows the field ID's that correspond to the fields in Chalkable.
- Match the Field ID with the correct SIS Field ID (on the right)
- Click Save
Navigation: SCP > SIS > Push Custom Fields
Make sure the Push Custom Fields Status is set to Yes and press Update
