If you are required to survey student ethnicity for Federal or State reporting purposes, K-12 Online can collect the data and may be able to import the data back into the SIS depending on your SIS's permissions.
In order to send the correct data back into your SIS, the K-12 Online system will need to be configured with the correct "Race Code" and "SIS ID."
If you would like to use the system Ethnicity Form, you must create race categories in this area. (If you are not sending this information back to your SIS, you may enter in any number in for the Race Category Code.)
